Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Lovely host who was really helpful and provided great breakfast every day at time requested. Everything felt extremely flexible and location was close to metro without being too busy like central Paris.
Negative: No AC in room could get bad during heatwaves. (Fan was provided). Didn't prove to be problem for us though. Shared bathroom and toilet can be dealbreaker for some, but again, was only minor inconvenience for us and mostly shower was available whenever needed (due to small number of rooms)
